Personal Training

Get individualised programmes and focused attention to work towards your personal goals. Personal Training includes an initial assessment and goal setting session, personalised training programmes, one-on-one sessions, goal and progress tracking, and programmes review.

Small Group Training

Share personal training sessions with your friends! Small group trainings are for groups of 2 to 4 people, and gets you great workout programmes taylored to your specific goals, so you get the benefits of personal training with the support and motivation of your team.

Group Classes

Join us for fun and unique workout sessions! Classes will include a range of training styles and intensities, from traditional strength, cardio or HIIT training, through to handstands. There is something for everyone!

About me

My training journey started early on, from competing as a national level rhythmic gymnast as a child in Canada, to performing the trapeze act I co-created on a Cirque du Soleil touring show. This led me naturally to teaching circus arts for over a decade to people of all walks of life all around the world, from complete beginners to professional-level students.

My approach to exercise is one that is holistic and respectful of our bodies and mind. I believe that we can get strong and push our limits to our full potential, while building a relationship of love and trust for our body.

Over the years, I've accumulated a wide range of training tools and a deep understanding of the body and movement. My approach to training involves plenty of calisthenics (body weight strength training), injury prevention, and mobility, to develop strong, coordinated, healthy, and resilient bodies.

For women, I offer training that is mindful of our unique physiology, including cycle-aware training. I work with nature, not against it, so that you can feel at home in your body.
