  • One-on-one PT sessions

    Get focused attention to work towards your goals. One-on-one sessions are ideal for hands-on guidance, improving form, learning skills, preventing injuries, and getting trainings that are specifically tailored to your own physiology and needs.

    Choose how long you want to train for (30-min, 45-min, or 60-min sessions), and how often.

  • Small group training

    Small group training is a great option for those who prefer to train with their friends. Get together with your group of 2 to 4 people, and get the benefits of personal training while sharing the cost.

    Ideal for staying motivated, feeling supported, and having lots of fun while training!

    Available for 30-min, 45-min, and 60-min sessions.

  • Programme-only Package

    My programme-only package is for those who prefer to train independently with professional support and structure.

    The package starts with a fitness assessment so that I can get to know you and how you move. You will then receive a personalised 4-6 weeks training programme based around your needs, which we will go through together during a 45-min session. Support is included through check-ins for the duration of your programme, and a 30-min review session at the end gives us the opportunity to check on your progress.

    For added support, consider hybrid training by booking additional one-on-one sessions to focus on your form and technique.

  • Group Classes & Workshops

    I am currently offering the following classes:

    - Calisthenics & Flow (bodyweight training), at MikiD’s Gym, Thursday 5pm

    - Handstand 101, at MikiD’s Gym, Friday 12.15pm.
