Personal Training

Get highly personalised and focused attention through one-on-one sessions. Ideal for hands-on guidance, improving form, and learning skills.

Small Group Training

Share personal training sessions with your friends! Small group training is a great option for those who prefer to train with their friends. Get together with your group of 2 to 4 people and get the benefits of personal training while sharing the cost.

Ideal for staying motivated, feeling supported, and having plenty of fun while training!

Group Classes

Join my classes for fun and unique workouts! I am currently offering classes to Pole Artistry members, and will be launching new classes shortly, including Handstands, Mobility and Animal Flow.

About me

My training journey started more than 30 years ago, from competing as a national level gymnast in Canada, to creating and performing a trapeze act with the world-renowned Cirque du Soleil. This led me naturally to coaching circus arts around the world for over a decade to people of all walks of life, from complete beginners to professional-level students.

To have a career as an acrobat, maintaining your body in optimal condition is essential, and I became a passionate body and movement geek! Over 30 years, I've accumulated a wide range of training tools and a deep understanding of movement. My training involves plenty of calisthenics (body weight strength training), injury prevention, and mobility, to develop strong, coordinated, healthy, and resilient bodies.

My approach to exercise is one that is holistic and respectful of our bodies and minds. I believe that we can get strong and push our limits to our full potential, while building a relationship of respect and trust for our body. I work with nature, not against it, so that you can feel at home in your body.

I am currently a Registered Exercise Professional with REPS in New Zealand, and a Level 1 certified Animal Flow instructor.
