Weekly Classes

Join my weekly community claswork towards a strong, mobile, pain-free body. Classes are a fun way to train with like-minded people while increasing your body’s resilience so you feel freer to enjoy life.

  • Animal Flow is a fun, ground-based bodyweight training system designed to improve mobility, strength, and coordination through fluid, quadrupedal movements.

    Sitting somewhere in-between yoga, contemporary dance, break-dancing and gymnastics, this type of training is backed by science and highly effective in improving your body’s resilience. Not only it’s awesome stuff for your body, it’s also really fun!

    Classes cover all six components of Animal Flow training, including wrist mobilisations, activations, form-specific stretches, traveling forms, switches & transitions, and flows.

    A great option whether you’re looking for a fun alternative to training in a gym, or want to complement your training.

  • Find your inner child by joining us to get your handstand journey started!

    During handstand classes, we will go through a wide variety of drills to build strength and mobility specific to hand balancing, learn techniques to achieve proper form in various positions, and learn how to spot each other safely. Hand balancing is an incredible way to develop your body awareness, strength and proprioception.

    This class is open to all levels, whether you’re used to going upside down or want to do it for the first time since childhood!

  • Improve your flexibility and increase strength in your full range of motion. Mobility training is key to prevent or rehabilitate from injuries. These classes will leave you feeling more resilient and freer in your movements.

  • Build strength and coordination through body-weight training. Classes include a warm-up, a circuit workout to progress your calisthenics skills, and a cool-down.

    Open to all levels as progressions & regressions are offered to adapt to everyone!

I offer weekly classes at Pole Artistry, including Fusion Skills (general skills and technique for pole dancing, and strength and flexibility).

Rosalie has delivered exercises that help us to develop greater body awareness and co-ordination. I really like her teaching methods and how she teaches you to become more aware of your whole body and mind, and the connection between the two.
